Order:
Shop throughout our store and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. Remember, you may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely, at any time. 

Payment:
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card.


Sales Tax
 :
Sales tax is charged on all orders shipping to State of California. Please note that tax is computed at the state level when placing your order.

International Orders :

Shipping costs range depending on your location. Orders typically take 10-21 business days. We do not ship to all countries, please contact our customer service department to arrange delivery.

*Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

U.S. Shipping :
Standard Ground U.S. Shipping (4-7 business days)

All our deliveries require Direct Signature for security. Please make sure that you provide the shipping address where you are able to sign the package.

It happens that we offer Free Shipping for certain categories of products. If applicable, the Free Shipping will be ONLY by Standard Ground US Shipping.
U.S. orders may be shipped via FedEx, UPS or U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Most packages arrive within 4-7 business days. (not a guaranteed service). Not available to PO boxes.

Oversized Items :
Due to some issues with certain carriers, the Freight method will be selected with a flat rate covering up to 2 Oversized Items per order. Thus, please notice that you cannot combine the shipping for Standard and Oversized items in the same order. 

Hazamat Items :
Due to the hazardous materials that these products may content, the only allowed shipping method is by Ground. Thus, if one hazardous item detected in your shopping cart, only Ground Shipping Method will be allowed. 

Return Policy :

  • Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) must be requested from our Customer Service and is to be marked on the outside of the shipping box for product returns. Please write RM number on the outside of the shipping box, NOT on the product or manufacturer packaging. 
  • The RMA# is valid for 30 days. This RM number will automatically delete from our system after 30 days.
  • You must ensure that merchandise is returned to receive proper credit. 
  • Freight on merchandise being returned to TopBazaarStore.com is to be prepaid. (TopBazaarStore.com does not pay for the return shipping).
  • Defective merchandise including original freight and handling fee will be credited upon receipt of merchandise at TopBazaarStore.com.
  • Merchandise must to be returned in original manufacturer box, INSIDE an outer shipping box, with enclosed documentation and all parts. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and will fall subject to manufacturer's warranty.
  • Boxes MUST be packed sufficiently, meeting the shipping carrier packing specifications.
  • Where applicable, a fee of up to 50% of the product price may be applied for missing part, documentation, and manufacturer's box/packing.
  • Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new purchase order number and will include freight and handling charges.
  • Credit will be issued within 10 business days upon receipt of merchandise at TopBazaarStore.com. Credit will be applied back to the original order, and under the same payment terms.
  • All returns must reference an Order Number for each item returned.
  • No returns or credit requests accepted after 30 days of invoice/ship date.
  • If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card.
  • Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
  • Please return ONLY those products AUTHORIZED for return. Credit will not be issued for incomplete returns and/or products not approved for return.
  • If your package is returned to TopBazaarStore.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a re-shipping fee.
  • Refused, Unclaimed or Undeliverable shipments will be credited less 15% restocking fee, freight and handling charges. A new order is required for re-shipment and will include freight and handling charges.
  • Non-defective merchandise will be credited at original invoice price less freight and handling charges and restocking fees of: 15% for orders 1 to 30 days

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return)

  • RMA number
  • Full name and address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Packing slip
  • Original Order Confirmation Number

Your reason for returning the merchandise

Please return the merchandise to:

Address notified on the RMA Instructions All returns must be shipped back to TopBazaazStore.com or to one of our Warehouses using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation). Any package that has not been received by TopBazaarStore.com or by one of our Warehouses and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper. Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange. If your package is returned to TopBazaarStore.com or to one of our Warehouses marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a re-shipping fee.


Cancel Your Order :
Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact a Customer Care Representative.
